    If you count the tungsten epm then the company will not be doing anything worthwhile for another 5 years, certainly no production from the "hypothetical tungsten mine".

    Like I said before, stuff up any chance of getting into production and you get to keep your job for another 10 years.

    Jim will retire before he has to "do" or "achieve" anything.
