Vote No on name change, page-9

I am only voting against the name change because I believe it is not in the Company's best interests.Most of the other items I will vote yes, I still believe in acquiring the Gold and Lithium projects as a back up.I would like to read anyone's constructive opinion who thinks the name change is a good idea.I give positive or negative feedback on current issues whatever is deserved, lately it has been all negative for good reason.I still hold all my shares and have a buy sentiment. I am not complaining just giving my opinion on recent issues. cheers
