Why don't you read RCI's own Independent Engineering Report. It says that CCC's coke plant in China is "poor by Chinese standards", and requires a substantial injection of cash to bring it up to normal operating efficiency. In short, its a pile of junk. CCC lost money last year. Do you really think CCC can out bid Bhushan??

Anyone still holding their RCI proxy form should vote against this CCC deal - it stinks.
