Think it is time shareholders exercised their right to give a first strike on the renumeration package that needs to be passed at AGM. Last year DRG loss $3,876,281 (Refer Annual Report 2014) yet directors all increased.
Chairman Peter Doherty salary went from $72,917 to $90,625 holds 9,876,705 shares
Jarrod Smith salary went from $87,500 to $108,750 holds 100,000 shares
David Meldrum salary went from $40,138 to $49,783 holds nil shares

Rather than the directors justify their position perhaps its time we have new directors who are work are prepared to take far less & use the last few pennies more prudently. DRG shareholders can't survive another financial year like the last reported year. Time for a change. This company has gone from huge visions to no visions yet the money still flows out the door.
