Buffet of course you may vote as you please and I too think director's fees are out of proportion often to the work done. The past was very much worse. My only concern with what you say is that if the directors are sacked or whatever, what then? You simply seem to have no alternative plan and I think that an alternative is pretty important in such a situation. all the best Lex
