Got nothing on MR KENNETH JOHN BULL, although he features prominently in a lot of smaller cap share registry as a top 20 holder.

After reading the conditions of the rights issue, i would be happy for the the directors to work out some other deal where they could pay to take up more shares ie options @ 0.15 and .30 cents in future years ie. .15 June next year and .30 the year after.

I think we would all agree they would be getting a super deal offering them parcel of shares at these future prices.

Once this renewal goes through i have a feeling we are going to see big moves to the upside. I agree with Gomez. I'm happy to reward the directors for a good job and their loyalty but not at the expense of the smaller shareholders.
