Thanks Red Tiger for lodging the proxy. That's really as much as each of us need do but if enyone's inclined to make their views more immediately known to the Board I'm sure Mr Towner would appreciate the correspondence. His email address is on the TEG website..

Guys it's in everyone's interest, unless you're a director, to vote this downs. For the short term holders consider that even at the current share price the share issue presently proposed is worth about two points and increasing as the SP rises. For those proposing to hold long term, as I am, it's potentially worth alot more. And notice this is not a one-off issue but a "Rights Plan" - the plan being to issue more shares in future to our futher detriment. How long do you think it'll take for them to tax us a cummulative 10% of our holdings?

I'll see what I can do to hunt out Mr Bull (the ASIC will likely have his details) and I'll write to Ucan Nominees, Mr Towner and some other of the major shareholders. I strongly encourage others to do the same.

I appreciate that it's extremely unlikely we'll defeat the resolution but it'll take little for us each to make our views known - just lodge the proxy with your "no" vote and maybe ask a pertinent question of the Board.
