I don't know why this is not clear to holders. They NEED us to vote no. They do not want to sell to pfizer.
Management are confident of a no vote for this low ball offer and saw the opportunity to have our tech validated by a huge player, Non-dilutive $4M of capital and global marketing attention.

This does not mean that pfizer lose out, they get a decent window to develop and negotiate pricing on joint ventures around the covid app. Please don't waste your time / resources trying to fight a take-over. It will not happen.

I am very impressed by management and the board for the structure of this takeover bid and will be voting no 1.26m shares.
