Had a similar experience:
-said acting for RAP
-10 or so questions
-interesting points was looking for one of my children who holds a very small parcel BUT during conversation I discerned, subtly that he was on behalf of Directors looking for :
- numbers not value
-not a sophisticated, knowledgeable caller
-looking for where I access and get my information from
-what price would I consider reasonable
- what should be included in report that would sway me
Since he had my number I invited him to invite Tony, Brian to call me direct. Stated not impressed with actions of Board (ignored my position on wisdom of leaving it to Shareholders) just wanted to see reaction if got a call
