I'm guessing a bit with these questions as the final answers will come in the booklet:

• Votes must be lodged with Automic at least 48 hours before the meeting so if you're going to send a paper form post it 7 working days before the meeting. For an AGM your shares just have to be on record at the registry, which is normally on T+3 or T+4, so to be safe buy your last voting parcel 8 trading days before the meeting. If the booklet specifies a record date you should buy your last voting parcel 6 trading days before the record date.
• The meeting will almost certainly be in Brisbane CBD. Head office is at 100 Creek Street in the CBD. It could even be in the building if there's a function room available.
