If they're sourcing phone numbers from the registry, it's not from the extract you get when you cough up the $360. That has postal address, date of earliest parcel, shares held. Nothing else; no phone number, no email address. That's reassuring actually, the register can't be used directly for identity theft. It could be used to target wealthy people of course.
