Management have been gobsmacked by Pfizer - they have told them we have the resources, the money and everything you need to make this company a success.
Dont worry about those troublesome SH - we will look after them
It is an extremely tempting offer for the BOD to go all in with Pfizer - it just makes their life so much easier.
To be honest we all agree that Rap needs this partnership but how do you structure such a deal
The BOD are confident there will be a takeover - they have put their careers on the line for this
So what happens if we keep saying No to their offers - they either keep raising the price - which I think the BOD are trying to get them to do or they walk away and the BOD will be forced to come back to us SH cap in hand
Monday is the key - if all goes well I can’t see Pfizer walking away - interesting times and now that Covid is being lived with - we hopefully will at long last see Rap in hospitals and DX saving lives AIMO
