    I just spoke with Brian about this. There will definitely be a vote based on shareholding IMO.

    If the headcount vote passes then one of us will call "poll" which triggers a vote based on shareholding. If the the headcount vote fails the Pfizer will call "poll."

    We need to be prepared for the vote based on shareholding.
