    A takeover attempt by BHP by scheme of arrangement is coming and we know they're going to try to get OZL for a steal.

    Most of us know that OZL will perform far better long into the future as an independent company.

    So, its time for all small shareholders to band together to defeat the scheme of arrangement vote when it comes.
