    Yes Mowibble that is my understanding. The tsunami to come is the proposed debt for equity for the funding agreement at the Extraordinary Meeting. If we don't resist this massive dilution at 8 cents C2V will possibly have around 50% of the share capital and continue to control the Board. This will be very tenuous situation for all other shareholders.
