    He's not making valid points. He's doubling down on defending the current governance structure and projecting excuses for poor decisioning that has seen a heap of value transferred to management at the expense of other shareholders and wiped out a heap more. Too naive to realise that the hand in his back pocket isn't his. Sigh.
