I think share holders should consider NO to the 10 cps...

I think share holders should consider NO to the 10 cps proposision on the following assumpsion.
After paying down 6.2 mil. on the 60.7 mil. owned to the Scarborough Group ( SG ) on 28/9, the balance only 54.5 mil. and just assumed that the entire amount carrying coupon of 15% PA, thats equates to only 8.175 mil PA or 0.005109375 interest per security, and on todays 12.5 CPS its equates to 4.875% PA. ( ofcourse this fluctuates with futures prices ).
Where else can we get a loan for so little interest ?
so NO is my vote.
