I probably should know this, but I don't. When is the vote on this matter due? Can anyone provide a date, and more importantly, do we "minor" shareholders hold enough scrip to determine the outcome?

If the directors et al hold enough shares to outvote us, then the go would be to lobby them in the most direct way, i.e., telephone calls to them directly, emails, letters, faxes (is faeces the plural of fax?)

I don't know if they read posts on HC or not. My guess is that they have better things to do. I welcome your insights. Cheers.
