there is no way share holders will approve issuing equity at such a low price, diluting equity and future earnings by around 17%. I further think this unnecessarily sends out the wrong signals

since we now have what is in my opinion an acceptable alternative, share holders would rather cop some short term pain (margin of 15% PA)than restrict the speed and potential of recovery through the issuing of a ridiculous amount of shares to cover a reasonably small amount of debt.

Especially since management indicated we will be earnings positive by FY10,
