    Don't give these embarrassing Directors the power to issue an extra 25% and dilute our shares at whatever low price they want to whoever they want. They were/are and always will be a disaster. Their past performance and decision making never looks after us shareholders. Giving these idiots extra powers is a bad decision. Vote NO
