Mohicans, Fastcar, TONY and Mauro are all correct.
Directors are looking after themselves at our expense. PGS has been turned over to SXY to operate and still we have 6 directors and yearly salaries representing something like 5% of our market cap (which is a measley $9m).
We don't even do our own announcements, instead opting to use SXY's.
SH vote NO to the AGM resolutions and get your proxies in by May 16.
