The proposals do get rid of the terrible bottom quartile Manager, who has brought the drop in NAV you refer to-- but about 9 months late for a review of performance
However, approving the new Mgr indirectly uses your assets to reward CGA failure, looks like no due diligence to find best Micro managers for Micro investors, and no ability to terminate the proposed new Manager for poor performance, locks in tapping your ATM for 15 years, and not even in good Micros, to a much riskier investment area --
Picking the next " big" winner
Remember, it seems they put their NCC clients into CGA at over a dollar -- now circa 60 cents.- one Opportunity that does not reflect well on their Skills? And given other snalysts had already surmised where CGA would finish?
