Vote NO to All AGM Resolutions

Simply vote NO to all AGM Resolutions.

Interestingly the ASX Announcement about the AGM was dated and signed off 22 October 2014 but not released to the market until 28 October 2014.

According to the company constitution there is a 5 day window form AGM Announcement date for the proposal of new Directors which have to put up as ordinary resolutions at the AGM. Is this timing issue designed to circumvent the constitutional process for this?
