Ordinary course of business and unless the non engagement of Lacerta was material and caused the company loss then you would expect not get a peep from the company. That`s what has happened and its up to shareholders to speculate as to whether this information is material or not.
IMO the statements in the AR have not come to fruition so not unexpected that this would happen and no market update would be provided. Par for the course...next.
