    Section 250B of the orporation Act which came into effect on 1 August 2011

    One part of this says

    "if the proxy holder votes, they must cast all directed proxies as directed"

    That will mean that the Chairperson must vote NO as directed in my proxy.

    He can vote undirected proxies in any way he wants.

    Everyone MUST vote NO.

    Its all explained on pages 2/3 in the AGM notce.
