Thank you both for the input, @penrice1 & @rolf2903.

I note the registration of AAL occurred only 2 weeks before the change in relevant interest by Huo, lining things up so these shares could be used in the vote. I will pass this information on to ASIC as an addendum as it would be interesting to know how that interest in Columbus Minerals has been palmed off to avoid a conflict of interest.

I will also be lodging a complaint with the ASX in regards to disclosure if several things are not made clear to shareholders with the Notice of General Meeting (or beforehand).

@Mahony, regarding DAU's valuation, I agree that it still seems very cheap and may bounce back somewhat as even if we ended up with only 15% of the new entity I could easily see that share being worth $10M+ alone down the track. I guess my biggest concern is that if Malcolm has 33%+ interest in AAL and next to nothing in DAU (?), where are his efforts going to be concentrated? Funnily enough, though disappointed with yesterday's announcement I almost found myself picking up a few more at 3.5c.
