Vote NO to Aurigin Foods Transaction, page-34

I have no interest in this company, but have to say that is one of the lowest, most opportunity attempts to take advantage of shareholders I have seen in a long time. I get at this end of the market directors aren’t always putting shareholders ahead of themselves... but this is truly shameful to even try to get this through on holders (only once forced to come clean). Maybe they don’t owe that much to those holders who bought on a sniff of excitement last week... but they sure do owe a lot more than this to those that have been invested on this journey for a while and have continued to support the companies use of funds exploring this avenue. Shame shame shameful.
