Hi BB, in my humble opinion I see a considerable conflict of interest, I expect this is why they do not own a direct holding of shares in the company that I am aware of. Personally if I was a stock holder I would demand more information from the company on the re-housing of Annie's holdings prior to the AGM and if appropriate have those shares declared ineligible to vote at the meeting to prevent a perceived conflict of interest.
Retails holders IMO have been played here, time to fight back.
