Hi, Sorry I am a bit dense but would like some clarification : Just enquiring as I was considering getting into this stock,... but from what I have been reading here, my conclusion ( albeit maybe very incorrect ) is that the directors are using DAU funds to acquire shares in their own name instead of adding them to the company asset register against an unsecured no interest loan with an indefinite repayment period? Am I wrong ? but this seems border-line fraud to me ?? Please correct me if I am wrong.
