This is very important all CCC holders.

I would like to see the directors become shareholders just as much as any CCC stock holder, but I don't want them to receive these proposed GIFTS (options).

We should ALL vote NO to the proposed directors options! There is nothing in those FREE options that forces the directors to stretch to meet targets. As stated options are 'in the money' . I think these options should be provided but at a higher price. I'd be happy to to provide options but 100m shares with no stretch ... not thanks. VOTE this up if you think the options are not a high enough stretch. Options above 10c would be suitable !!! But options below the current share price ... ridiculous.

PS Note to self: Must get on ASX listed company board one day and issue myself free in the money options !!!!
