i agree with da10. sure it will be a protest vote, but if enough people do it, then a message will be sent.

unless they are director without ego's (which i doubt exist) giving them something to chase (ie a higher strike price on their options) will get more out of them and thus better share price performance.

yeah they work hard, but thats what their fees are for. give them their options, but keep them honest and set the strike higher.
