the directors apparently are not working for the best interest of the shareholders.

imo they are trying to get as big a share of the cash holding as they can get.

then they'll announce a wind-up and leave with millions of dollars for not much work.

the extended waiting period for re-listing appears very suspicious to me. I think they may be scheming ways to siphon money out of the company.
