Yep tested my impatience and 50% down and would love to put the $ into something more fruitful in short term. Certainly wasn’t expecting to be where we are at when I bought in 2021. In saying that the markets have changed so much in that short time. In saying that again, management certainly aren’t doing anything to help SH. Life style!
