    1: Liquidate
    2: KM DOCA proposal
    3:return to directors.

    1 is ridiculous as it guarantees a fire sale and less return for creditors
    3 might not be possible as there are no directors, but why would you give them back the keys

    Korda mentha have only put up 1 DOCA option, so you dont get a choice.
