There is no question in terms of whether they are solvebt as they are. KM gave few concrete numbers on debt levels leaving much to be implied. Rather regurgitated historical info.
Furthermore, km states returning the company back to directors would leave creditors in the same state as before entering administration. Thats not true the company is currently very profitable, plus creditors payments where never behind nor in distress as stated in the report.
