Usually doesn't make anyone feel better. Those who sweat over it end up being more stressed because ultimately you have no say. Why only 30mill votes? Because most of the small share holders don't vote because they know it makes no difference. They already know ahead of time whether they're over the line or not. Therefore many of the large shareholders don't need to vote either. Then you have those who can't vote (usually large holders) because they are beneficiaries of the placement.

Here's a question, how many of the last upteen consolidations and placements DUO/ZYB have had has the vote for this sent a message to them because of YOUR vote? I'd suspect zero, because it keeps on happening over and over and over again. Par for the course. This is the reality of investing at the spec of the spec end of town.
