I cannot help but wonder if the results are already "in". The likes of our collective holdings are small compared with the potential holdings of the Instos and other larger holders. If these holders vote yay or nay, it doesn't matter much which way we (you and I) vote, the proxys are in and the motion won/lost before the motion has been put to the floor. The smaller retail holders cop it again, bulldozed by the heavies.
