I can see quite a number of shareholders are frustrated with the BOD's failure to invest/account for the cash of circa $450 million.I suggest to make the point more forcibly vote No to resolution 4 at the forthcoming AGM.Resolution 4 being the Renumeration Report.If we can get 25% of shareholders to vote NO,the first strike will put them on notice that if they fail to invest or account for the war chest at next years AGM they will be voted off the Board
