Vote NO to resolution 6, page-39

It would be very interesting to know if any Focus management reads the Hotcopper posts.If they did they would have a good understanding of how sentiment is running at this time.
I for one will be voting "NO" to res 6, not because I think they have done a bad job.In fact I think they have been doing an excellent job, but I do feel that the management needs to understand that building a company is a balancing act between keeping share holders happy (Informed and confident of investment) and making good tactical decisions.
I believe the take over of cre in the long term will be good for the company but in the short term has created too much uncertainty.
If the company in 3 years is 10 times bigger but still not making any money and the sp is 6 cents how will the posts read then.!!!
I am still a believer in the long term but would prefer options for management instead. 12c 18c 30c 2 years ex
