Totally agree with you Ardas. Management are not in control of anything at the moment and therefore do not need to be paid their over the top salaries. We no longer manage or have any control over Uruguay so DC does not need to be paid for that. We are not in control of Spain either, so we do not need to pay DC to manage that either. What are management actually doing at this point in time? Probably in our best interest that they are not in control of anything. You have absolutely hit the nail on the head. I will be voting NO to everything and i would encourage others to do so just to show that we are not happy with the complete lack of respect we shareholders have been shown by the board.
