    Have the board overstepped their mandate? They were given permission to raise UP TO 15%, without further approval of shareholders. From this announcement, they seem to have sold 10% PLUS GIVEN a further 5% away ! What about the previous CR that WE holders participated in? Surely that MUST count as part of this original 15%, that they were given permission for?
