    But -> IF <- units are issued at a higher price - eg to a new partner taking a stake, it could be a good thing for IIF. (think FKP-SGP)

    It could help them with covenants or with picking up assets from someone else's firesale.

    It all comes down to whether management can be trusted to act in unitholders best interests?

    Considering the plummet AFTER the recent SPP, it appears that it was a prudent and well timed action, if unfortunate for those participating.

    But if they issue units to a financial, eg one who is deliberately pressuring the SP through possible proxies, it would be bad.

    I might vote yes.

    However, my question is: what actions have management taken over the last year that either builds or destroyed unitholder confidence?
