Hi all,

I bought in early this year, and have made good money, approx 100%.....

...but whilst the $6.30 may be adequate for the directors, who'll pocket $100M, we should be paid a better premium. The 52 week high is a bargain price, considering the growth potential and profits.

I would not accept anything below $7, and I don't understand why SOT wouldn't give a better deal, and give shareholders the option of cash or a mix of cash and script ??
