Hey, As quoted in their announcement, who raises more money to hire new staff, IN ANTICIPATION, of new business.

How about you get the new business and then hire new staff. My business has mobilised as many as 200 people on some projects in a matter of a few weeks, we certainly dont go and hire people, IN ANTICIPATION, and then sit back and hope we will get the new orders to pay for them>.............. particularly in the current global climate
