Was going to vote yes but know considering a no vote.
May not make a big difference to end vote but at least I will feel better.
The honest truth is that no-one knows if this deal will be of benefit to shareholders.
Giving 51% control to Shandong for 225 million gives them control. They could conceivably vote to take control of the board and to take all their money back but still keep their shares and control.
The Board should have given up only 49% control and then we would have had more certainty that we were in control of the company and the funds.
Too much uncertainty this way.
Lets all vote NO and get them to rejig the deal
