    A No vote is stupid.
    Does nothing.
    Will effect nothing.

The only thing it could do is slow down the commercialisation process.

BTW - I'm a dad and I am an investor.
    I bought at $0.06
    I bought at $0.20
    I bought at $0.31
    I bought at $0.37

I did not buy on hype.

I am not hurting - I am investing.

I do my own research and I think this puppy will be $2.00 within 6 months.
What happend between now and then is noise.

If you bought a parcel at say $0.85 because you thought within a year it will be $1.50, then you have lost no money and there is no opportunity cost. - because your statergy was to hold for a year and sell at $1.50. So long as that happens - you are sweet (because that my friend will happen).

If however you bought at $0.85 with the same intention but you are upset that the price is $0.41 and you either sold or you are well just poo-ey about it - then my friend you are not investing - you are doubting your orginal judgement and now think it is a gamble. EMOTION - Will KILL an INVESTOR EVERYTIME

The Board and CEO do not have to placate me, the mums and dads (I am a dad as well), they have to instil a strategy, create an edge and execute it. They do this while having jealous competition and very much inteligent Intellectual property - all the while their "soon to be released" partners, I expect would have required a stronger balance sheet than we had and would most certainly have required the raising of Capital amounts to be 100% certain (which a price of $0.31 is a certain amount). $0.50 might be certain as well but maybe only 99% - who knows the CEo and Board might have asked people will millions of dollars and they got a gauge - it doesn't matter for me - that's their job - I'll do my own job.

It really doesn't and didn't matter to me that the price was was $0.31, $0.41 or $0.71. My personal investment strategy hasn't changed. Thew price will be $2.00 between 4 and 12 months and I will have mutiple baggers everywhere. If I lose the lot - I don't care either because my appeitite for risk is accounted for.

I respect that you want to Vote No if you are in the green and your reason is not about "I'll show them" - and I would like to know a "real" reason to vote No. Something tangible - no assumptions....

If you are in the Red and you want to vote No and that is the only reason - then all I can say is I had the same info as you and I am in the green. Maybe it is not the CEO and Directors my friend......

    Voting No - IMHO
    1. Will not increase the share price
    2. Management will not care (like me) because they will already have enough votes and to be honest if they were managing the day to day with mums and dads always in mind then at that point I think they should go. Eg: Banks Share prices go up when 2,000 of the staff are retrenched. Noone cares about those staff.

And trying to get others to Vote No - based on your poor decisions - is doubly stupid - LOL
