CPH are giving this company away at the PCLO current price, vote NO.
BDO initially advised it was NOT a good deal, then after a 15% increase (which has been decreased by 10% in the last 2 days, so overall a 5% increase), BDO change their mind (with pressure from CPH).
Overall this is not a good deal for CPH shareholders. Show us CASH or nothing.
