321 - with respect, you seem to still have your rose coloured glasses on. As a former holder, I can assure you that the board are acting 100% in their best interests, not yours. That is why they haven't rejected it.

They talked up a massive game, didn't deliver on any of it, and are now ready to bail because otherwise this will be in administration with 12 months (IMHO).

Of course, @Levelgrinder, @bkng and all the other esteemed former holders will claim otherwise, but they have been wrong on this stock for years and still can't admit it. The whole thing is an unmitigated sham IMHO.
