If the boards of both companies got this deal done in 6 months instead of 8 we would not be discussing the future benefits of ADN’s DFS entwined with this merger and how ADN are arguably getting a better deal.
If the deal was completed 2 months earlier we would be about a month away from finalising it. We could have had a merger and a DFS all before Christmas. How good would that have been!

Its not the case! All just vote YES and become 100% owners (not 25% / 50% anymore) of the GWJV and NNT by not delaying this offer further or risk destroying your wealth. The benefits will come to all ADN and MEP shareholders equally in this deal
