The deal is clearly explained. Pro's and Con's.

I can tell you MEP's board know what's going on, better than you.
(besides the fact your starting to act a little nuts now.)

It's a very good deal for MEP holders.
The MEP board and Andrew did their job well. (and this is coming from someone who doesn't like them!)
